Exclusive EDMOND SALIS signed Bleriot first day cover
[mon032.jpg]

£24.99
We unearthed some excellent 1981 RAF Museum First Flight covers commemorating the 70th Anniversary of the First Aeroplane Flight from London to Paris, made in 1911 by a Bleriot School flying instructor. The cover features the Bleriot Aeronautique logo and monoplane on the illustration. As you will all know, in 2009, as part of the Dover Centenary celebrations, just one man made the historical crossing in an exact replica of Bleriotís monoplane: Edmond Salis. Edmond has agreed to sign just TWENTY of these covers with the funds from the signing going to the Casques de Cuir Association which runs twenty restored historical aircraft. We believe this is Salisí only signing, and these twenty covers are an excellent and valuable addition to your collection. The signed cover comes with an interesting fact sheet which also states the edition number.
